RETURN POLICY: Please e-mail us at kidzbedding@yahoo.com if you wish to return an item. Please save all packaging enclosures until you are sure that you are happy with your order. All items must be returned in original packaging and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip that came with the merchandise. If our manufacturer makes a mistake or your item was damaged upon delivery, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise. If you are unhappy with your merchandise or just changed your mind, we will take merchandise back minus a 15% restocking fee along with our ACTUAL shipping cost and the $7.50 handling fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND UNWASHED. 2. You will receive an email authorization with return information. Please do not return any items until you have received an e-mail with return instructions. If you cancel your order before your item has shipped, there will be a 7.50 handling fee.
